- The AVM delivers an accurate current loan to value for each property. It enables more accurate appraisals and risk assessment down to the level of each individual property.
- For loan pools where property addresses are not identified, or where structures can only work on indexation, Hometrack supplies highly-accurate, non-volatile, localised indices. The Hometrack Local Market Index is the same index used in the Hometrack AVM.
